💳Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by PNR Wipers. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are current at the time of display but may change before an order is accepted. If a pricing error is identified, we will correct it and inform you before proceeding.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal and other secure payment gateways such as major credit card providers. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase and orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
• No Storage of Payment Details: PNR Wipers does not store your credit card details or personal financial information. All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (e.g. PayPal). We do not control and are not responsible for how these providers handle your information and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

🚚Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Area: We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from our facility and delivered via Australia Post or other reputable courier services. International shipping is not offered at this time.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email (with tracking information, where available) will be sent once dispatched.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Australia is usually 3–7 business days depending on location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
• Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping is offered unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees (such as express options) will be displayed before order confirmation. All shipments include basic tracking.
• Failed Deliveries: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and attended. If a delivery is unsuccessful, you are responsible for arranging re‑delivery or collection. We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery, or for additional fees resulting from unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels.
• Risk and Title: Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address. If a parcel is confirmed by the courier as lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the item or issue a refund in line with our carrier claims process.

🛡️1‑Year Product Warranty

All PNR Wipers products come with a 1‑Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues affecting performance under normal use.

• Coverage: If your wiper blades fail due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Proof of purchase and details of the issue may be required.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abnormal wear and tear, or damage to your vehicle. Minor design differences that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
• How to Claim: Contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Return postage for confirmed defects will be covered by us.
• Australian Consumer Law: This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude those rights.

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our warranty, we offer a 30‑Day Return Policy for change‑of‑mind or unsatisfactory purchases.

• Change of Mind: You may return your wiper blades within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
• Conditions for Return: Products should be in original condition and packaging. Opened or lightly used items may be accepted at our discretion.
• Return Process: Please contact customer service to initiate a return and obtain instructions.
• Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Change‑of‑mind returns are generally at the customer’s expense.
