30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try your new wiper blades for up to 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied with their performance (for example, if they're not wiping as well as you expected), you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase . No gimmicks – we stand by the quality, but if you're unhappy, we'll make it right. Note: While we'll refund the product and any original shipping cost, the return postage back to us is not covered under this guarantee (we recommend using Australia Post's economical parcel service).
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or if it never arrives at all, we will replace it immediately . Just contact us and we'll sort it out. For damaged items, we might ask for a photo – only so we can assess what went wrong and prevent it in the future. For lost packages, we'll work with the courier to track it down, but we won't make you wait unnecessarily – you'll get a new item shipped, guaranteed
Perfect Fit Guarantee
We've put a lot of effort into making sure our wipers fit the cars we say they will. If you used our vehicle selector and purchased wipers that are supposed to fit your car, fitment is guaranteed. In the rare case that the set we send you does not attach correctly or isn't the right size for your windshield, let us know – we will send you a replacement set free of charge right away . We'll even cover the return shipping for the incorrect set, if we need it back. (Rest assured, this scenario is very uncommon because our database is very accurate!). If the customer selects the wrong vehicle wiper using our vehicle selector and the wrong wiper is shipped out, the return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Should you need to return something, the process is simple. Reach out to our customer service (via email or phone), and we'll guide you through the steps. Typically, we'll ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition, and we'll provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds are usually issued back to your original payment method within a few business days of processing.
1‑Year Warranty
All PNR Wipers products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and premature wear . This means if your wiper blades crack, split, or fail to perform properly anytime in the first year, we've got you covered. Just contact us with the issue, and we will replace the defective product with a new one. We may request to see a photo of the issue or have you send the item back for inspection, but we'll make it as easy as possible.
Fair Use & Exceptions
Our goal is to be fair and flexible. The only things not covered by our returns and warranty are issues caused by misuse or extreme conditions outside normal use. For example, if someone uses a harsh chemical on the blades that causes damage, or uses the wipers in a way they weren't intended (like scrubbing off ice or mud, etc.), that might void the warranty . Similarly, if a customer orders the wrong wipers by accident (wrong size/model) and opens/uses them, we may not be able to resell those, but we'll still work with you on a solution (often we offer a discount on the correct set or an exchange). Bottom line: we want you happy, and we'll do our best to achieve that within reasonable limits.
